How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Preorder: 3-5 week production. Next day shipping.

Premade: Next day shipping.

Domestic Delivery: 3-5 days

International Delivery: 5-17 days

Where do you ship?

ProductOfGod ships Worldwide!

For international orders, please refer to your country's customs and taxes. We cannot be responsible for any additional import charges by your country's laws. These are the responsibility of the customer.

I've placed my order. What happens next?

You will be emailed an order number. If the item you ordered was a pre-order then please allow 3-6 weeks for your item to be in production. If premade, they will be shipped next day delivered within 3-5 days.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase through the email you provided us.

What is a preorder?

A preorder is when a brand previews exclusive, made-to-order products. This opens up more cost-saving and sustainable practices. Upon the release announcement, the website is open for 3-5 days. Once closed, quantities ordered are sent to the manufacturer to make. Production takes 3-5 weeks and will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving them.

We appreciate your patience and encourage you to check product descriptions for clarification. We are working on moving to premade drops but for now, promise the wait is worth having exclusive ProductOfGod!

We will inform Shopify if we believe you filed a false chargeback accusing us of  failing to ship your order. In this case you will be immediately charged a $100 fraud fee. 

Can i cancel or return my order?

No cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the small nature of our business. All sales are final.

Refund is unavailable due to the fact that once the sale is fully processed, the order is sent to the manufacturing companies and undergoes a full handmade production. So please make sure you select the correct size and input the correct shipping address. If you input the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to us, you must pay for the new shipping label.

If you receive a faulty item (meaning holes or rips), please email us at shop.productofgod@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damages.
